At Barker Shoes, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, you may return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our workshop inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
